Filings are processed on a schedule, not instantly. Time-sensitive forms such as 8-K and Form 4 are checked about every hour, Schedules 13D and 13G about every two hours, annual and quarterly reports each evening (U.S. Eastern Time), and 13F holdings twice a month. The current pipeline status is shown at the bottom of every page.

Filings can be amended after we process them, parsed incorrectly or matched to the wrong company, and prices can be late or incomplete. We work to keep everything accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, accurate or current.

Summaries, translations and chat answers are written by large language models under rules that limit them to the filing text. Even so, AI can misread a table, drop a qualifier or attribute a statement to the wrong period. Every summary links to its source filing. Treat the original filing as the authority.

If a figure, summary or company mapping looks wrong, tell us. Reports go straight to the team, and we correct the page when the data is wrong.
