This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through SignalX (signal-x.app), operated by Viva Technologies Lab, LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

2. Subscription Plans

SignalX offers monthly and annual subscription plans that provide access to premium features including AI-powered filing analysis, research queries, and API access. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor.

3. Free Trial & Free Tier

SignalX offers a free tier with limited usage. We encourage you to explore the platform before subscribing to a paid plan to ensure it meets your needs.

4. Refund Eligibility

Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

After 14 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 14-day period. However, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Renewal charges: If you forget to cancel before a renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will process a full refund for that renewal period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Refund Processing
