This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through SignalX (signal-x.app), operated by Viva Technologies. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
SignalX offers subscription plans (monthly and annual) that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Paddle.
Within 14 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
After 14 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 14-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
Renewal charges: If you forget to cancel before a renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will process a full refund for that renewal period.
API credits are prepaid and non-refundable once used. Unused API credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request.
Partially used credit balances are not eligible for refund, as the credits have already been consumed for API usage.

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor, within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
